Data Deletion Instructions

Sevensnail uses Meta and Instagram integrations to manage business messages, page engagement, advertising reporting, and related B2B marketing operations for our custom packaging services.

How to request deletion

If you want Sevensnail to delete data associated with your Facebook or Instagram interaction with our business, please email patricklovecc@gmail.com with the subject line Meta Data Deletion Request.

Please include the Facebook Page, Instagram account, or business contact details that you used when interacting with Sevensnail so we can identify the relevant records.

What we delete

After verification, we will delete or anonymize the related contact, message, inquiry, advertising audience, or integration data that we control, unless we must retain certain information for legal, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or security reasons.

Processing time

We will review deletion requests within 30 days. If more time is required because of verification or legal requirements, we will explain the reason by email.
