Return and Refund Policy

Because Sevensnail provides custom printed packaging, most confirmed production orders are made specifically for one customer's brand and cannot be returned as ordinary stock products.

Before production

If production has not started, cancellation or modification may be possible. Any design, sampling, material purchase, or payment processing cost already incurred may be deducted.

After proof approval

Once the customer approves the final proof and production starts, refunds are not normally available for changes of mind, incorrect customer-provided artwork, spelling mistakes approved in the proof, or changes requested after production.

Defects or wrong production

If goods arrive with a confirmed production defect or do not match the approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, videos, carton labels, and order details. We will review and may offer remake, partial refund, or other reasonable solution depending on the case.
